Wild about Lemonade
There’s more to the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn., than casinos, sports, shopping and night life. There’s also old fashioned Sunkist lemonade.
In a partnership with Sunkist, the Mohegan Sun Sports Arena is serving 16-ounce cups of fresh-squeezed lemonade at The Connecticut Sun WNBA home games.
And the lemonade keeps flowing during the nine Wild Wednesday Night festivals being held from the Fourth of July through Labor Day. A Sunkist Lemonade stand was among the many festival booths set up on the parking garage rooftop during each of the heavily promoted evenings.
Patrons purchased festival tickets to cash in on food and beverages, including a 16-ounce cup of Sunkist lemonade freshly squeezed in front of them from an old fashioned Sunkist lemonade stand.

Ticket proceeds were donated to charity.
The summer festivals were free to patrons who could enjoy live entertainment and visit the temporary site of the Connecticut farmers market. Each evening had a perfect ending with fireworks. Food, entertainment and Sunkist lemonade helped make the dog days of summer more bearable for thousands.
